Efeu, Zwerg-Efeu

Der immergrüne Zwerg-Efeu ist mit seinen fast aufrecht stehenden Trieben eine Besonderheit. Die etwas ledrigen 3-5 fach gelappten Blätter sind am Rand leicht gekräuselt. Die kleinen gelben Blüten im Herbst und die kugeligen schwarzen Beeren im Winter machen diesen Zwergefeu besonders. Hedera helix Erecta wird gerne als Zwergstrauch in Kübeln und Beeten eingesetzt und klettert nicht.
 
Der Standort sollte halbschattig bis schattig sein. An den Boden werden keine besonderen Ansprüche gestellt. Im Steingarten oder als Kübelpflanze findet dieser Zwerg- Efeu seinen Einsatz.
